Agarwal Consultancy Services started its business in the year 2017 with Information Technology and ISO Certification and in the year 2010 it has entered into the Intellectual Property Field. Besides that, Agarwal Consultancy Services also deals in ISO, Barcode and Legal Matters. In the Intellectual Property Field, the services provided are mainly Trademark and Copyright.
In trademark, Agarwal Consultancy Services deals in all matters like trademark filing, examination reply, trademark objection, trademark opposition, trademark renewal. In legal field the service provided include Civil, criminal, land, matrimonial, family dispute, accident case, N.I Act cases, society registration, flat registration, partnership deed registration, Affidavit, Agreement and all other legal miscellaneous works.

The aim of Agarwal Consultancy Services is always to improve. We constantly monitor the areas where we need improvement. Agarwal Consultancy Services started its business in North East region but gradually extended its business to Eastern region. The future plan is to extend business in PAN India. Some of the steps which we are planning to take:
Getting and staying profitable- making sure that revenue stays ahead of the costs of doing business. Focus on controlling costs while providing service.
Productivity of people and resources- employee training, equipment maintenance and new equipment purchase. Basically to provide all of the resources our employees need to remain as productive as possible.
Excellent customer service- Good customer service helps to retain clients and generate revenue. Customers happy to be primary objective.
Sustainable Growth- planning will be done based on our background and future projections for which we will emphasize on careful use of the resources both financial and personnel.
Dealing with change- to create an environment of preparing our organization for growth and creating process that effectively dealt with a developing market. To create a dynamic organization to meet the challenges ahead.
Reaching the right customers- we will try to reach the customers who are willing to avail our service and customers who need such service but unable to reach us. Ultimately reaching the right customers is our motto.

Our long time strategy is designed with an objective to gain a competitive advantage over other competitors while delivering customer promises. Another, strategy is to take best decisions for the future with whatever amount of resources we have and giving priority for utilizing those resources.
Agarwal Consultancy Services office is spacious, having all the equipment, tools and machinery required for proper functioning of the office. It has online network connection, where all PCs are connected via Wi-Fi. It has a server, all the users are required to log in by entering its secret password. Because of this, data shared by our clients are always protected. The office also has centralized Air conditioning facility which provides comfortable feeling to all the persons working inside. Besides, that the office has all other modern facilities which makes it a proper set up.
In addition to the owner, Agarwal Consultancy Services has employees and a management team to run the machinery as well as office staff to do the miscellaneous works and accountant to do the books and collects payable, customer service etc. The office workers have desks, filing cabinets, chairs, computers, etc. There is also a conference room in the building for holding important meetings and conferences.
The infrastructure we have at the moment is sufficient enough to fulfil the need of the working staff and employees and as we expand our business and service infrastructure will automatically change.
